As the Senior Superintendent and Vice President of Construction here at Artisan Tile & Marble Company of NJ (ATM), I'd like to welcome you to my office profile.
Way back in 1971, who would have thought my life would change so dramatically when Arnold Hess and John Sekora stopped to give a lift to a rain-soaked hitchhiker in a torrential summer storm. The next day my Artisan life began, and as they say, the rest in history.
Many things have happened since that fateful day thirty-six years ago. I have logged well over one million miles driving for Artisan Tile in New Jersey as well as in the surrounding states.
In 1974, I married my beautiful Patti. Our daughter Beth is married (as of 2-28-04) and is living in Absecon and has two beautiful children - Lowen and Vanessa. Our son Matthew is living in Piscataway and working in Warren.
Here at Artisan, some of my responsibilities include scheduling manpower and materials, initial site inspections, miscellaneous trucking and acting as the overall designated "Mike" of all trades.
My hobby (no, make that my passion) is golf, and I enjoy playing whenever I can. You may want to know (in case you're looking for a 4th) that I am the designated Artisan golf pro.
