Accounts Payable
Hi, I'm Marie, and I've been at Artisan since 2006. My main responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Collections, and assisting in the Accounting Department. I find the tile and stone industry to be very interesting, and I still seem to learn something new each day. Working at Artisan has been a great experience for me. There is a real sense of teamwork and cooperation here, and we all enjoy working together.
My life outside of work is centered around my family, which has always been the most important aspect of my life. My husband Pete and I have been happily married for 28 years and have been blessed with three wonderful children. Our oldest daughter, Michelle, 27, works for a large medical group doing billing/accounts receivable, while working toward her degree at night. Our son, Chris, 26, graduated from Rutgers with a degree in Communications. He is working at a local business and has just started an internship at a large New Jersey radio station. Melissa, 19, is our youngest. She just started her Freshman year at a local university where she is double-majoring in Elementary Education & Dance.
My life has had some changes lately, with two of our three children living away from home now. I'm trying to get over the "almost-empty nest" feeling, and am looking forward to this new chapter in my life.
